The store development manager is responsible for the sales and marketing, development of new stores and new services as well as the coordination of cross-selling with other subsidiaries of the Phil-Andreou group on behalf of So Easy.
The successful candidate should be a university graduate in business administration or related subject and have at least two years experience in a similar position.
STORE SUPERVISORS
The store supervisor is responsible for running and administrating a company's store. Experience in a similar position is not necessary.
IN STORE MERCHANDISERS
The in store merchandiser is responsible for the cleaning of the store, in store merchandising and has involvement in bakery preparation.
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS & OFFICERS
Accounting assistants and officers report to Chief Accountant and according to seniority they will deal with invoices recording, reconciliations and other accounting operations.
SKILLS
The applicant should posses the academic skills and experience described for each position but they primarily need to qualify for the following skills. * To be able to work as a member of a dynamic and flexible team * Work effectively under pressure * To adapt quickly to rapidly changing environment * To possess excellent communication skills * To demonstrate initiative and self discipline.
